Link Building Guidelines

Are you looking tohire a professional to build backlinks to your website? If you're looking to build links, make sure you understand the technical details around link building. Link bilding business is one of the most "fuzzy" business and if you don't ask "right questions", you are unlikely to get "right answers."

Baseline Link Building Criteria:

Here are some important things you need to keep in mind before setting expectations and hiring someone to build links for you.

  • MOST Important: All links must come from PR1+ pages (the actual linking pages must have a PR1 minimum, and not the homepage (unless link is on homepage) otherwise you should NOT accept the link.
  • Setting a PageRank condition will ensure that you're not getting links from websites that are created overnight for your project only.
  • Targeted links from relevant or related sites
  • Link must be generated by manual submissions.
  • All links must be static links
  • All links must be be permanent links for at least a year.
  • Links must NOT come from flash sites/pages, JavaScript or redirects, or framed pages
  • Links must appear on pages with maximum 30 outbound links
  • NOT accepted: commercial link exchange programs, link farms, web rings or other exchange programs
  • No footer links
  • If possible try to obtain links that are not "paid links"
  • No links from forums
  • No links from pages restricted by robots.txt file.
  • All links must come from different C class (different domains and IP addresses)
  • Link pages must have been cached by Google within the last 25-40 days.
  • Links must come from real, actual websites (no under contruction, not to be updated)
  • All links must be text links (no pictures or banners)
  • No links from pharma/drug, MFAs, porn, spam, banned, or other illegal websites.
  • You should prefer one-way inbound links, no 3 way links.
  • White hat SEO techniques.
  • Relevant, targeted text links from English language sites(If you are targeting english language customers).
  • Page linking in must have been cached by Google
  • No link farms, directories, webring or guestbooks.
  • No NoFollow links.
  • No use of automated software for link submission
  • Blog posts are OK provided guidelines above are met and submission to the blog is on topic, high quality and makes a positive contribution to the page. Spam blogs and ALL forum links will not be accepted.
  • Make payment only once you have seen a comprehensive report showing - Third party site URL
    - Third party URL PR
    - Your URL (only deep links)
    - Anchor text
    - Submission date
    - Publish date
    -Project path and completion
  • Reserve the right to cancel any link not complying with your instructions. Cancelled links should not count for payment purposes
